Kobbernagel Consulting ApS was founded in 2024 by Frederik Kobbernagel. Specializing in project management, business intelligence and data architecture and engineering, we primarily serve financial institutions while remaining open to collaborations with other sectors.

Frederik Kobbernagel
Founder and owner
With more than five years of experience in consulting, Frederik has been involved in managing and delivering large-scale, data-driven transformation projects, particularly in the financial sector.
His work has included leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet both technical and business objectives.
Frederik has a strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and technology transformation, enabling him to guide clients through complex challenges such as improving data architecture, streamlining processes, and implementing tailored project management frameworks.
Frederik holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. Proficient in tools like Excel/VBA, SQL, and Python, he combines technical skills with practical experience to deliver results for his clients.
